HUGO BOSS ANNOUNCES INDEPENDENT COMPANY FOR THE RECYCLING AND REUSE OF SURPLUS MATERIALS

HUGO BOSS announces an independent corporation called Eightyards, dedicated to the recycling and reuse of the Group’s surplus materials. The concept behind Eightyards is strategically aligned with HUGO BOSS’s comprehensive commitment to environmentally and resource-friendly production processes.

Under the leadership of Marketa Miltenberger, Director, and Placido Klitzke, Co-Director, who both join from within the ranks of the hugo boss, Eightyards will officially begin its operations in January 2025. The mission of the company over the coming years is to establish itself as one of the key facilitators for the recycling and reuse of surplus materials (e.g. fabrics) into various industries beyond fashion.
